代词词组（pronoun phrase）

中心词（head word）是代词（pronoun）的词组，我们称之为代词词组（pronoun phrase）.

最简单的代词词组是一个单词，例如：something, you, me, us, some 等。

更复杂一点的代词词组会带有修饰语或者限定词。

例如：

• some of my friends

    这个词组的中心词是代词 some, 后面的of my friends 是 some 的后置修饰语（post-modifier） .

• all of them

    这个词组的中心词是代词 all， 后面的 of them 是 all 的后置修饰语（post-modifier）.

• the only one

    这个词组的中心词是代词 one, 它前面的 only 是 one 的前置修饰语（pre-modifier），这个词组中的 the 是限定词（determiner）.

• something exciting

    这个词组的中心词是代词 something, 它后面的 exciting 是用来补充描述 something 的，是后置修饰语（post-modifier）.

• anything else

    这个词组的中心词是代词 anything, 词组中的 else 是补充说明 anything 的，是一个后置修饰语（post-modifier）.

代词词组在句子中通常可以用作主语（subject）、受语（object）、主语补语（subject complement）、介词补语（prepositional complement）等。

例如：

1. Something exciting is coming. 这个句子中的代词词组 Something exciting 做主语（subject）.
2. I called some of my friends for help. 这个句子中的代词词组 some of my friends 做受词（object）.
3. You are the only one who passed the test.  这个句子中的代词词组 the only one 是主语补语（subject complement）.
4. Some of us are good at Maths.  这个句子中的代词词组 us 是介词补语（prepositional complement）.
